The Laurier Blanc Story
It was always a dream to serve exquisite cuisine in a beautiful and well-designed space that would be a memorable experience to our guests and to the people of Kimberley. Laurier Blanc (French for White Oleander) opened its doors in June 2017.
Laurier Blanc is stylishly decorated with a touch of French flair and elegance. An exclusive wine selection welcomes you when entering the restaurant. The specially designed wine cellar through which guests walk, consists of top wines from over the country.
Laurier Blanc is decorated with chandeliers, long draping curtains and elegantly prepared dining tables. A typical French veranda (Goldberg Veranda) named after the first owner of the house, opens the restaurant up to a beautiful vineyard pergola and three water features that add to the overall ambiance.
One of our key team members in Laurier Blanc is Hugo Snyman. He is our head chef and joined the Laurier Blanc team in August 2017. Hugo brought with him his years of experience in the culinary industry and specialises in fine cuisine. He creates unbelievable menu’s and food.
